We love the challenge of finding a venue that will perfectly match your event but will only begin the process with a full brief, which usually results from an in-depth discussion to ensure we really do understand your requirements and what the delegate experience needs to be.
We will then do all the legwork for you and start searching for your ideal venue. We work with venues all over the UK and are not linked with any chains or brands, giving us free range. Having established connections and knowledge of numerous unusual and independent venues is very exciting.
We will speak to likely venues about your event to ensure they can accommodate all of your requirements, check availability for your chosen dates, and negotiate rates on your behalf. When we have a selection of strong options, we will send them across for your consideration and feedback.
We are very happy to arrange and accompany you on site visits, which we always recommend if possible before decisions are made, as this allows you to see the venue first-hand and understand exactly how your event would flow through the different rooms and areas.
Once we have found the perfect match and you are happy to proceed, we will ask the venue to draw up a contract to secure the booking. We will check all the finer details of the contract for you such as cancellation dates and fees negotiating changes on your behalf if necessary.
Once this is done and your event is confirmed, you will then be in direct communication with a venue contact who will work with you in the run up to your event to ensure everything is in place and ready to go.
