Gordon Padmore
As a company director for 38 years with experience in manufacturing, service and sales in the sports and leisure sector, Gordon’s recent drive and motivation comes from a desire to share these experiences. He has an ability to stand back and view a complete picture with a rational calmness, resulting in a positive effect on those working with him. Gordon has been an ardent supporter of OD&V from its inception in 2000 by providing financial services. He is known for his love of sport, sense of humour and faultless integrity which, together with his visionary approach to challenges and opportunities, create the foundation for his achievements. In his spare time, he is an enthusiastic dinghy sailor, although not such a keen swimmer!
Kate Hadley
Kate has 10 years experience of working in the television industry, mostly as a Production Co-Ordinator/Manager. A role that means being across an entire production from start to finish. From preplanning and scheduling, to filming then editing / post-production and completion. With scheduling being a vital part of the event planning process, particularly in the virtual-hybrid world, Kate's developing role at OD&V is keeping an eye on all factors, ensuring deadlines are met for a smooth event production process.
