Rose Padmore - PCO & Project Manager

With a background in sales, marketing and PR, a lifelong involvement in amateur theatre production and a passion for communication, Rose prides herself on an accurate planning process and the detailed follow-through of all projects large or small. She has an energy and enthusiasm of above average capacity and the recognised ability to motivate others... Just ask her friends and colleagues!

Dan Davies - Business Development Manager

As an independent BDM, Dan often works remotely however he immediately got ‘under the skin’ of OD&V and is definitely one of the team.  His extremely personable and hands-on, common sense approach has already instilled a general feeling of positivity and focus.

 

 

 

 
Jackie Jessup

 Jackie is the office manager of Wassell Grove, the OD&V home, and is always available to provide accurate administrative support of any kind whatsoever. She willingly works weekends and late nights when necessary for last minute event preparations and has attended small events to run the registration desk.  Jackie has managed the business centre for over 8 years and is another one who does more things in her ‘spare’ time than I care to mention but includes looking after her grandchildren, chairing 2 governing bodies and doing the books for a small local business.

 

Fiona Hand

Fiona works with Jackie in the main Wassell Grove office as receptionist as well as coordinator for another company and she just loves putting badges together so whenever extra hands are needed for this time consuming task - Fiona’s our girl!  Fiona also has two daughters and does her husbands books for his building company.

 

OD&V has a 'Little Black Book' and these guys and have supported Rose at a number of events so they know the ropes.  Plus they're energetic, reliable, fun and very good at their jobs!

Mike Witten

Mike owns his own IT company 1st Services but to OD&V he’s the reliable and friendly ‘computer man’ at the end of the phone who will pop in as quickly as he can whenever we have an unexpected problem… just fantastic!

 

 

 

 

Mark Denison

Mark is the Director of Print at Porter and Woodman but to the OD&V team he’s who we call when planning conference print items.  Mark will come into the office and, over coffee with one sugar, will not only advise on design for printed and electronic materials, but also share his knowledge of marketing using social media tools and has actually presented at Wassell Grove for an informal morning network session over a cup of coffee.
